Delivery times for our products are as follows –
Skylights – 12-15 working days
Balustrade – 15 working days
Items are delivered by pallet to the roadside only… you need to make sure you can carry your product into your property! Please also check your order has arrived safely before signing for it.
Please check the table below to see if you will need to pay an additional sum to have your item sent. If postage is too expensive, you are welcome to collect in person for free! Refer to the ‘Collection’ section below if you would like to do this. If you send a courier to collect the item on your behalf and would like the item wrapped ready for collection, a £25 fee will apply.
We use a ‘To Be Booked’ pallet service – this means that the day after you receive a dispatch notification, your order will arrive at your local depot. Within 72 hours of your order arriving there, you will receive a call to the phone number listed on your PayPal account so that you can pre book a delivery day and time that is convenient for you… please ensure you include your phone number when ordering! If you have any problems at all with this process, feel free to contact me.
If you buy something from the shop that requires a pallet to be delivered, it is often possible to offer free delivery for any other items purchased from my shop. Please contact me if you would like to buy more than one item from my shop at the same time to save on postage.
Your item will be dispatched as soon as we can after your payment has been received. As you can imagine, these items can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive due to their size. Most of the time, they should be with you fairly promptly!
Please check the table below for your post code before making a purchase as you may have to pay an additional sum to have your item sent to you
The table shows a list of all of the Post Codes that we deliver this item to. Most Post Codes lie in the free zone so you will not have to alter your payment before purchasing (as the delivery charge is set at free).
If your postcode lies in any of the zones apart from zone 1, 2 or London; you will have to pay an additional sum for us to send your item to you.
Unfortunately this is unavoidable… sorry!
If you do need to pay more, please request an invoice so that I can alter the payment charge. If you cannot do this, feel free to message me and I will be happy to help.
For example: If you live in Zone 3 and buy a 1600x1600mm item, it will cost you £10 extra or if you live in zone 6 and buy a 2100x2300mm item, it will cost you around £50 extra (but please message for exact price at this size).

Collection is from our distributor in Romford, Essex, please message me for further collection details.
You will need to book a collection date and time in advance after which you will receive a unique reference number that you will use for collection.
If collecting your item in person, please check it thoroughly before you leave the depot as I cannot accept returns once it has been taken away.
If you are arranging for someone else to collect your item, such as a courier, I will need to know in advance when they are coming. Please also ensure that whoever is collecting the item knows exactly what they are collecting. They must have all the details of purchase with them, including:
- Your name
- Your unique reference number (email me for this)
- The exact title of the items they are collecting on your behalf
I cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the product caused in transit after collection. If you send a courier to collect your item for you and you find that you want to return the item, it is up to you to deliver it back to us.
Important Delivery Information
For all deliveries by pallet, a telephone number is required before your item can be dispatched.
When placing your order please double check:
- Your telephone number and address are up to date and correct at the checkout.
- Someone is going to be available at home or work to take delivery of the item.
- If you need to change your delivery address for any reason please let me know as soon as possible.
